IMPORTANT: The deposit will not be refunded in the following cases: - Complaints from neighbors about noise. - The police are called because of disorder or too much noise. - If you have parties in the department. - If you smoke inside the department.
We only charge an additional cleaning if the dishes are not clean and the towels are extremely dirty (we provide beach towels; do not take bath towels)
